Saint Patrick's Day Celebrations
We are having our traditional corned beef and cabbage at noon on the Thursday the 16th because the weekend is loaded with St. Patrick's Day activities. Friday is Topper's Dance Club and Saturday is a formal Starlighters dance.
Thursday March 16th
Sue cooked up a mess of corned beef as Paul loves to have corned beef in the frig for a snack! We will also have potatoes, asparagus, cabbage and of course Irish soda bread. Simple food and wonderful company!
