Sue, The Light In Paul's Life!

She is Perfection!

Sue Is A Vegetarian (Ovo-Lacto)

GaandmaOver 25 years ago (let's say 1980) Sue began to get sick after eating and after consulting a doctor she found out she was allergic to meat, fish and chicken.  Ouch!

Most people would get worried about this but he doctor said, "You will die healthy!!".  We eat not meat at home and on occasion Paul will have meat when dining out.  With creativity, who needs meat???

Why?

Vegetarians have varied motivations including religious, cultural, ethical, aesthetic, environmental, social, economic, health, political, and personal concerns.

Sue's reason is easy... She is allergic to meat, fish, or chicken!

Ovo-Lacto or Lacto-Ovo

A lacto-ovo vegetarian is a vegetarian who is willing to consume dairy products (i.e. milk and its derivatives, like cheese, butter, or yogurt) and eggs. Lacto means "milk" and ovo means "egg".

In the Western world lacto-ovo vegetarians are the most common type of vegetarian. Generally speaking, when one uses the term vegetarian a lacto-ovo vegetarian is assumed. Lacto-ovo vegetarians are well-catered to in restaurants and shops, especially in Europe and metropolitan cities in North America
