Aunt Kaye Arrives (December 10th)
Aunt Kaye decided to come and stay with us for a week and we were simply delighted! We plan to keep her busy, busy, busy!!!
Aunt Kaye
The first thing we did was to go to lunch at one of our favorites places down on the waterfront. We came home and Kaye took a nap to get ready for the evening.
We planned to see The Irish Tenors at the Cerritos Performing Arts Center at 8:00 PM. They were great.
We returned home about 10:30 and then promptly stayed up until 1:00 am talking about stuff.
Paul learned a load of new goodies like:
Granny "B" was 100% Irish and used to sing and dance.
Kaye and Tom went to Texas when Tom was six months old and then returned home a few months later.
She loved to dance and was taught to dance by Ray Hale, her husband.
Tom was Baptized when he was about ten years old much to the surprise of Kaye.
Kaye's club of ladies she worked with was 50+ members and is now three!
The Visit
After the flight down we had a relaxing lunch on the bay!
Kaye loves telling stories
After one glass of wine!
Aunt Kaye likes Santa
At the Mistletoe Ball with Aunt Kaye
We sometimes go informal... After walking through Naples
Knott's Berry Farm
Aunt Kaye enjoyed the play and met with the cast afterwards!
