Driving In The 21st Century
Now that we are retired, gasoline is $4.00/gallon! Figures huh? In spite of that, we are going on car trips and we will summarize them as we go on this site? We used to go on truck trips twenty years ago but that was before dogs and kids and... dancing!
Our Adventures
- Phoenix Arizona (May 2008)
- We went for a drive to partake in a surprise engagement party
between Cris and Penny. We decided to play some golf in Sedona
first and then a short one hour jaunt to Phoenix to join a country
western activity where Cris is supposed to propose! Lisa
Chartier joined us for the trip which gave us a third driver and
interesting convrsation!
- Alburquerque New Mexico (June 2008) - CArris decided to up and leave Los Alamitos and move to New Mexico so we offered assistance in the move and in turn got to see her new diggs and neat site along the Arizona and New Mexico desert (in June???)
