We Plan To Get Healthy!

Beginning in May 2008, to tried get into better shape, we are  hoping to gather a few friends and start riding at least 5 miles everyday.

If any of you would like to join our Bike Club, please let me know and we can make arrangements. At this point, we plan to start riding somewhere between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. and ride for at least one hour.

We're going to call it 'Happy Hour', so maybe that will encourage more of you to join us for this healthful activity.

We're starting our group with one custom-made bicycle that is built for six riders and two crew-members, whose job it is to insure that none of the peddlers get overly dehydrated - thesepositions will rotate in and out of the peddling seats. If we get enough people interested inparticipating, we'll order other bicycles as needed.

Healthy bicycling is mandatory
