Paul, who had led a caring, kind life was contacted by God one Morning.

"Paul, Said God..for your caring life, I'm going to grant you one wish...only one".

"Cool!..said Paul..Ah..umm..Oh..I know..I wish for a Highway to be built between San Francisco and Hawaii"

God said: "Geez..That's a big wish..I mean, I'd have to put Thousands of pilings all the way down to the Ocean's Floor which in some places would be 10,000 Feet deep...Don't get me wrong..I CAN do it, after all I'm God...but..isn't there something else that you would want that wouldn't be such a Hassle for me?"

Well..said Paul..."I Know!....Make it so I understand Women completely, How they Feel and how they think and their every desire!"

God Paused..looked at Paul and said:

"Ahhh..You want that Highway 2 lane or 4 lane?"

Did You Know? - As a result of their lounge act, Los del Río were invited to tour South America in March 1992 and, while visiting Venezuela, they were invited to a private party held by the Venezuelan empresario Gustavo Cisneros. Many prominent Venezuelans were in attendance that night, including former president Carlos Andrés Pérez.

Cisneros had arranged for a local flamenco teacher, Diana Patricia Cubillán Herrera, to do a small performance for the guests, and Los Del Rio were pleasantly surprised by Cubillán's dance skills. Spontaneously, Antonio Romero Monge, one half of the Los del Río duo, recited the song's chorus-to-be on the spot, as an accolade to Cubillán, but naming her "Ma'dalena" (Magdalena): "Dale a tu cuerpo alegría, Ma'dalena, que tu cuerpo e' pa' darle alegría y cosa' güena'" ("Give your body some joy, Magdalene, 'cause your body is for giving joy and good things to"). In Andalusian culture labeling a woman "Magdalena" is to give her a faint association with Mary Magdalene's reportedly seedy past, and more accurately describes her as being sassy or sensuous.

Did You Know? - Most of the lower class in ancient Egypt walked barefoot, but figures on murals dating from 3500 B.C. depict an early version of shoes worn mostly by the higher classes. These were leather pieces held together with lacing that was often arranged to look like the ankh symbol, which represents life.

There are also some depictions of both upper-class males and females wearing heels, probably for ceremonial purposes. Egyptian butchers also wore heels, to help them walk above the blood of dead beasts. In ancient Greece and Rome, platform sandals called kothorni, later known as buskins in the Renaissance, were shoes with high wood or cork soles that were popular particularly among actors who would wear shoes of different heights to indicate varying social status or importance of characters.

She is depicted with multiple (variously, up to eighteen) arms, carrying various weapons and riding a ferocious lion or tiger. She is often pictured as battling or slaying demons, particularly Mahishasura, the buffalo demon.
