Life is a Caberet

The Cod special with micro greens and rice... Wow!

Did You Know? - Cod is the common name for the genus Gadus of demersal fishes, belonging to the family Gadidae. Cod is popular as a food with a mild flavour and a dense, flaky white flesh. Cod livers are processed to make cod liver oil, an important source of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). Young Atlantic cod or haddock prepared in strips for cooking is called scrod. In the United Kingdom, Atlantic cod is one of the most common ingredients in fish and chips, along with haddock and plaice.

Sue had the salad... Yummy

Colleen and Pablo listen to the stories

Bob provides directions to Bob and Robin giggles...

"Sue... Let's get inside before the guys"

Well... Hello there little lady!

It was in the low 70's and a beautiful sky.... Sorry New Hampshire

Bob and Paul were thrown out almost immediately???

Perhaps because we offered to entertain the wine tasters with our Vaudeville act???

We present the soft shoe....

"Paul... Do they have any 'Special Wines' here???

Decisions Decisions

Colleen has made up her mind.... One of each!

To taste you have to be able to see over the bar....

Sue found a small box to stand on....

OK.... They can both taste some more...

The bar tender was frightened

Robin and Bob are getting into it!

This place could get in trouble if anyone casually looked in form the outside

Military??? Ours or theirs?

The girls brought their body guard along!

Careful... If you get in the barrel you might age

Then you saw her... Now you don't

We arrive... Time to load up on champagne

"Sue... How many cases of champagne are we getting here??"

Guess what? It is about Valentines Day

Love the label.... Wonder if they are serving it inside??

Come on in... The party is underway

We studied this before we went outside.....

We sat by the fireplace

Robin instructs us on how to pose

Hear no evil... See no evil... Do no evil???

We walk in the bar gets closed...... How does this happen??

Robin, Bob, and Paul are on the search for chocolate....

Did You Know? - Located on the east side of Temecula's wine country, our Winery and Certified Organic Farm are just minutes from downtown Temecula, California.. Our farm produces a variety of fruits which are available through out the year. Just to clarify, our wines are NOT ORGANIC. Our Estate Wines are made from 100% Organically grown and Certified Grapes through California Certified Organic Farmers. All non estate wines are made from locally grown grapes. Additionally, none of our wines are filtered. This means you may get some sediment from time to time.

We are a very small family owned and operated winery. We do not have events or weddings. Our Winery and Tasting area is basic with no frills. When you visit us you are coming to our farm, which is how we look, smell and feel. My wife Christine, has a very small gift area with limited wine accessories. We are open Monday through Fridays from 12 to 5, weekends from 10am to 5pm and all official holidays. Our goal is to keep it simple, have some fun and enjoy our limited quantities of HAND CRAFTED, ALL RED, wines.

We made it....

Yeah yeah! The gang is all here.... Where is Pablo?

Bob goes behind the counter to serve us....

Donna found the water....

Bob gets a friend indeed

"Scratch me you big handsome hunk"

We sat for a while and relaxed

The cat thought Robin was wearing his relative (Black and White coats)

"Yes... May I assist you?"

What to do with wine corks...

The Moon is up so it is time to head for home

Yes.... It is indeed time to head for home

It's Wintertime... Not a single grape leaf in the place.... Brown covers all

We arrive at the Zaitz home and sort out the trunk
