Friends From The Elks
We have known the Capps for quite a while and first met via the new Elks and recently through all the dancing activities. It is with great sorrow when Mary Capps passed away in September 2024. Bill remarried to Sandee, a long time friend in June 2025 . Bill is happy and we are all happy for Bill!
