As we remembered him
We have known Mitch for many many years. In fact, this is how he showed up on our doorstep when he was ten years old. He needed his bike fixed.
So for the last 30+ years, we have been friends and relatives and he is in fact our son! Independent of the divorce from Jeanette he remains our son!
Mitch has two kids, Zachary and Connor and he lives in Garden Grove adjacent to the Navy Golf Course. One of my fondest memories is spending the summer of 2003 rebuilding the Lind house from a fixer-upper into a nice cozy home. Working together is a great experience!

For nearly eighteen years, Mitch and Jeanette were an item but alas the marriage did not last. However, our friendship and love for both of them will continue to go forward as they both made an impact on our lives.
In previous years
Mitch was born the year the Vatican rescinds the rule forbidding U.S. Catholics to eat meat on Friday, but fish sales drop only briefly. Mitch's birthday is the 15th of November. Mitch is our handy-man..... fixes anything, great cook, super dad!
He was an executive with a major audio/visual supplier to over 500 hotels but decided to go it alone recently.
And for Mitch... we proudly announce the State Fish of California!!! The golden trout (Salmo agua-bonita) is native only to California and was named the official state fish by act of the State Legislature in 1947. Originally the species was found only in a few streams in the icy headwaters of the Kern River, south of Mount Whitney, the highest peak in the United States outside of Alaska. Stocking of wild and hatchery-reared fish has extended its range to many waters at high elevation in the Sierra Nevada from El Dorado and Alpine Counties southward. It has also been planted in other states.
