Online dating site eHarmony will create a service for same-sex matching in a settlement of a 2005 complaint that the company’s failure to offer such a service was discriminatory.

The new same-sex matching service from eHarmony, Compatible Partners, is set to debut by March 31.

Under terms of the agreement with the New Jersey attorney general’s office, eHarmony Inc. will start the service, called Compatible Partners, by March 31.

“With the launch of the Compatible Partners site, our policy is to welcome all single individuals who are genuinely seeking long-term relationships,” said Antone Johnson, eHarmony vice president of legal affairs.

The company and its founder, Neil Clark Warren, admit no wrongdoing or liability.

“Even though we believed that the complaint resulted from an unfair characterization of our business, we ultimately decided it was best to settle this case with the attorney general, since litigation outcomes can be unpredictable,”

What a sad state of affairs….

I want a dating service to arrange dates for me and various animals.. Is that next??

A great country founded on self effort where you can be what you want to be has just changed to be like the others.  If you do not want to get off your lazy ass, the government will say find and give you money you do not deserve.

The person elected (whos name shall go unsaid) is a die-hard socialist who is using government to take form me to give to lazy assed people who do NOT derserve anything but what they have.

This “election” was the sadest day of my life… Neither party put up a candidate worth a pound of dog doo and we end up wih Mr. fancy pants who bought the election with money and apromise to the useless people who want a hand out.

Sad sad sad!  I am glad I am old and will not be around for the rest of the downfall of this once great country!

Damned I wish I could support you but you have me so mad that I’m sitting this one out!  Obama is a disaster but you are not better!  Sarah was a flash in the pan and you wanting to fix the mortgages of those who could not pay them put me over the top.

I worked by ass off for 45 years, saving money, investing my money and paying my bills!  You wa to magically buy votes by fixing everybody’s problem who over extended (or whatever).  What do I get except a larger tax bill to pay off dummies who should not even be near a house… much less trying to buy it!

McCain is “ok” but not great.  I will hold my nose when I push the button for him.

Obama is a rank amateur pushed forward by circumstances and dollars provided by the super liberal world who wants to subvert our country!

Already on Governor Schwarzenegger’s desk is a very bad bill that will push even more homosexual, bisexual, and transsexual indoctrination upon children as young as kindergarten. AB 2567 would designate every May 22 as “Harvey Milk Day” in California’s government school system.

Harvey Milk was a homosexual activist who was a San Francisco supervisor until he was killed in 1978. Milk championed homosexual experimentation, sexual activism, and the abolishment of sexual boundaries. He also regarded organized religion as dangerous.

The text of AB 2567 states that “On Harvey Milk Day, exercises remembering the life of Harvey Milk and recognizing his accomplishments as well as the contributions he made to this state” should be conducted; specifically, “all public schools and educational institutions are encouraged to observe…and…conduct suitable commemorative exercises.” In other words, anything and everything Harvey Milk believed in or is now purported to believe in will be inculcated into children’s impressionable minds.

Accomplishments?  This queer dufus was a pervert and that is NOT excatly what I would think we would want to teach our kids!  If parents what to indoctronate their children in this kinds of activity, let them go to the Hollywood movies where this behavior is adhored!

If signed into law by Governor Schwarzenegger, every May 22, AB 2567 will positively portray to children homosexual experimentation, homosexual “marriages,” sex-change operations, and anything else that is “in the closet.” There are no limits on the “suitable commemorative exercises” that can be conducted. Obviously, AB 2567 has nothing to do with academic excellence.

Our kids cannot read, spell, or add two plus two…. If we must have a day to honor someone make it Socrates day, Thomas Sewell day!  Get the kids to do what they ought be doing in school, studying to prepare for life.  Knowing about some queer in San Francisco is NOT the way!

Arnold, you have aleady done enough damage to the state by letting the democrates run all over you, do NOT wuss out on this one!

Providence Catholic Bishop Thomas Tobin asked for a blanket moratorium on immigration raids in Rhode Island until the nation adopts comprehensive immigration reform. Tobin made the requests in a letter sent Tuesday to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Boston.

The letter was sent Tuesday and publicly released Thursday.

“We often ask, ‘What would Jesus do?’” Tobin said in an interview Thursday. “I know for sure what Jesus would not do, would be to sweep into a community, gather up large numbers of people, separate them from one another and deport them to another country. In my own mind, in my own conscience, that’s crystal clear: Jesus would not do that.”

Sorry but Jeasus was not faced with such blatant disregard for the law besides the fact he lived in a time where there were no “countries”.  If the circumstances were the same he would say to those illegal immigrants that they should follow the laws of the country and leave and go back from whence they came and follow the immigration procedures of the country they wish to come to!

By being illegal they are STEALING from the legal residents of the country they have invaded, they are bringing unwanted cultures into the country they invaded, they are, my friend,  illegals and criminals!

The only reason this goof ball “Bishop” wants this to happen is because they, in general, would be Catholics and would bring money to his church.  Sorry Mr. Bishop, your church is NOT more important than my country!

If you love them so much, why not move your happy little ass to Mexico and live in some church in the middle of nowhere.  Give up your life in America and go away.

The Story

New rules for police in the United Kingdom include special guidelines for handlers of police dogs. Officers should consider whether the dogs might trigger allergies or panic attacks in criminal suspects, which could lead to “costly compensation claims.” Officers are incensed by the rules. “The whole point of police dogs is to frighten people rigid,” complained one anonymous sergeant. “They should have considered the mental trauma and possible allergic reaction caused by 60lbs of foaming Alsatian clamping its teeth to their extremities before embarking on their criminal escapade.” Another anonymous officer asked, “What’s next? Sparing people custody because they have a fear of enclosed spaces?” (London Telegraph) …That would save quite a bit of money too, actually.

My Observation:

Anytime a police dog has to be used on an individual, the dog ought to be protected.  I hope the dog bites the SOB right in the ass.  Who gives a damn about the criminals little “alergies or panic attacks”?  I sure as hell don’t.  Stop treating criminals like a protected group. Criminals cost taxpayers a load of money so they deserve no special teatment.  This is just another example of crazies gone wild!

10. Two years ago, you said, “Democrats have a common-sense plan to lower gas prices.” Since you took over as Speaker of the House fuel prices have nearly doubled, which is punishing American families. Will you be releasing that common-sense plan anytime soon?

9. So far, your Democratic House of Representatives has done nothing but propose gimmicks. Your first energy gimmick was to pass a law that allows America to sue OPEC, apparently so we can become more dependent upon Middle East oil. This is puzzling to most Americans. Remind us again what that
accomplishes?

8. Your second gimmick was “Use it or Lose it,” based on the notion that millions of acres of land with vast energy reserves are leased by oil companies but not being developed. Unfortunately, no independent geological association in America agreed with that wild claim. And during debate on the House floor, Democrats couldn’t identify even one acre where that was happening. How embarrassing was that?

7. Your next gimmick was to stop filling the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, which is the nest egg for America’s energy security if a major foreign country cuts off fuel to the United States. You predicted that fuel prices would go down, but instead they continued to rise. Was that more embarrassing or less embarrassing than the “Use it or Lose it” fiasco?

6. Apparently assuming that failed ideas are reassuring to the public, recently you proposed to sell off 10% of our Strategic Petroleum Reserve, which you also predict will lower fuel prices. Unfortunately, that equals
just 3.5 days of American oil, which changes nothing, so that gimmick collapsed on the House floor. Do you have any more ideas related to the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, like selling it to China or donating it to a
Hollywood charity?

5. You keep saying Republicans are beholden to Big Oil, which you despise and accuse of obscene  profiteering. But I noticed your Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has accepted a whopping $809,000 from energy special interests this session — which I’m sure you’ll want to return. I’m just curious, but when can those oil companies expect their checks back?

4. Turning to your unique interpretation of the Constitution, you have stated repeatedly that the House of Representatives will not get a vote on exploring for more energy here in America, such as in our deep ocean waters or U.S. Arctic Reserve, no matter that the American public supports it 2-1. In your mind, do you believe America is a democracy or a dictatorship?

Two weeks ago you hastily shut down the House floor, turned off the lights, microphones and cameras so that the American public could not hear Republicans debate the energy crisis and the need for Congress to stay in session to pass an energy bill rather than head out on a five-week vacation. Do you still believe in open government and the freedom of speech, or did all that change when you became Speaker?

2. Last Sunday on the news show This Week you said Republicans would have to “get creative” to receive an up-or-down vote on the House floor to explore for more energy here in America. Our founding fathers were creative, too. They established a legislative body where the pressing issues of the day would be openly debated and the majority will of the elected representatives prevails. Are you afraid that, if a vote were taken, you would lose? (Isn’t America supposed to be a democracy of the people? )

1. Americans don’t get a vacation from high gas prices, but you sent Congress on a leisurely five-week vacation. Republicans have stood on the House floor all recess and pleaded with you to call Congress back into session and schedule an up-or-down vote on exploring for more oil and gas here in America. Aren’t American families and small businesses who are getting hammered by high gas prices more important than your book tour?

Well, the thing is….

WASHINGTON - In a shocking blast at Barack Obama that was caught on tape, the Rev. Jesse Jackson said, “I wanna cut his nuts out.”

He made the astonishingly vulgar remark as he accused the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee of giving moral lectures to African-Americans.

“See, Barack [has] been talking down to black people . . . I wanna cut his nuts out,” Jackson said.

His whispered comments - accompanied by his hand-miming a cutting motion - were picked up by a live mike before an interview on health care in Fox News Channel’s Chicago studio Sunday.

He got caught being the person we all know he is!  He built his life on stirring up trouble and convincing blacks their life is terrible (and not doing anything about it except figuring out ways to gain by it!).  Barrack is at least telling the blacks what he thinks and that is NOT TALKING DOWN but reminding them of what is a correct course of action.  Rev Jesse’s problem is simply if the black community starts listening to Barrack then Rev Jesse’s living as a rable rouser ceases to exist… he becomes another bag of wind!
