Nevada Tea Party
Another great line-up this Wednesday
with K. Bruce Brown who will be discussing his campaign to
defeat Maxine Waters this November.
We were also fortunate to hear Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson of BOND Action, Inc. “Exceptionally charismatic, Rev. Peterson generates immense dialogue among his audiences nationwide, speaking at colleges, churches, CPAC, CRNC,
Republican Clubs, Pro-Life events and many other venues.
He is of great appeal and benefit to audiences of all races and demographics, gladly breaking the stereotypical picture and showing what a real conservative American truly is.“
We all met at St. Isidore Hall at 10961 Reagan St.
Los Alamitos, CA 90720
(at the corner of Reagan St &
Katella Ave)

Checking in at the door

Many new and returning members

Finding seats was not easy!

The meeting is called to order by Nick

Nice prayer to begin the evening

Did you know? - The Pledge of Allegiance was written in 1892 by Francis Bellamy (1855-1931), a Baptist minister, a Christian socialist, and the cousin of socialist utopian novelist Edward Bellamy (1850-1898). The original "Pledge of Allegiance" was published in the September 8 issue of the popular children's magazine The Youth's Companion as part of the National Public-School Celebration of Columbus Day, a celebration of the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus's discovery of America. The event was conceived and promoted by James B. Upham, a marketer for the magazine, in a campaign to encourage patriotism and the display of the American flag in public schools.

Marisa Passanisi made the evenings introductions

Several of the local political leaders attended the meeting

This Conservative Movement is about leadership at the highest level – larger than any individual candidate and about ideals that are the fabric of every human being in living a purposeful life.
This Conservative Movement is about Citizens who yearn to be more and who seek more in their leaders to create a society of honor and forethought. It is a lifeline to the 21st Century for greater thought and humanitarian action.
The role of government is to keep things honest, not to provide for us or control us – there is infinitely more brainpower, initiative and desire in the private sector and this Conservative Movement will show how to harness this power for society as a whole.
Tonight's message was simple, go talk to people! Go into the black community and use facts and avoid the emotions. When the people hear you they will begin to think out of their box. You may just reach 5% of the audience but that is 5% more than we had before. His opponent (Maxine Waters) is the most liberal socialist in the Congress and she must be defeated if we are to every really help people reach their own levels!
Bruce's Ten Principals For A Society of Honor and Forethought
Families are the anchor of a free society – work hard on yours
Give of yourself to your fellow man – it will be returned
Personal responsibility is the essence of empowerment – you can do it
Infuse school districts with parental love and caring – students thrive on it
Representative Democracy does not mean somebody else will do it.
“We the people” have total power over government – use it to stop the madness. • Be unbending that Judges not make law - that is the people’s power, do not lose it.
Freedom means freedom to question society’s traditions, not destroy them.
Religion is the center of society’s morality – embrace the concept even if it is not for you.
Being Pro-Life is the essence of humanity, at least start here

"It's not easy to go to a liberal minority run meeting but it needs to be done!"

Our membership understands what needs to be done

The American of Latin Descent (I did not get her name) spoke well and from the heart about the illegal immigration
issue.. Legals are welcome, illegal's are criminals!

Bruce is heading toward a tough fight to win Maxine Water's seat but his approach is to go into the "hood" and meet the opponents head on and provide them with the facts. We wish him well!
Jesse Lee Peterson (born May 22, 1949) is president and founder of The Brotherhood Organization of A New Destiny (BOND), an American group dedicated to a conservative agenda among African Americans.
Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson is the most courageous, outspoken critic of the liberal left and the so-called “black leadership” in America today. Often referred to as the “antidote to Jesse Jackson”, he is the bold, insightful alternative to the current administration’s far left and socialist leaning agendas, bringing clarity and direction to people of all races, social classes and religions. He is uniting the races with truth, instead of dividing them with lies. Jesse Lee is also the Founder and President for the past 20 years of BOND Action, the Brotherhood Organization of A New Destiny, a non-profit, 501 (c) 3 organization, whose purpose is “Rebuilding the Family By Rebuilding the Man”.
He is the author of the bold and highly popular books, “SCAM: How the Black Leadership Exploits Black America”, “From Rage to Responsibility” and “The Seven Guaranteed Steps To Spiritual, Family, and Financial Success” guide. He is also the host of the nationwide Jesse Lee Peterson Radio Show. Jesse Lee is currently on a “Stop Obama’s Socialist Change” nationwide speaking tour, addressing many issues, including “Stop Amnesty Now.”

Great speaker... Direct and to the point...

He calls Jesse Jackson exactly what he is... A hate monger who would not have a job if it was not for his racist cottage industry

Did you know? - Peterson was born in Midway, Alabama and raised in Comer Hill, Alabama. His mother and father moved to Gary, Indiana and East Chicago, Indiana, respectively, where they separately started new families of their own. Peterson was left to be raised in Comer Hill by his grandparents who worked on the same white-owned plantation that his ancestors labored on as slaves a century earlier. As a teenager, Peterson moved in with his mother and stepfather in Gary, and eventually settled in Los Angeles, California as a young adult.

Many applause breaks and a lot of head nodding was going on!

Did you know? - Jesse Lee Peterson hosted the nationally syndicated Jesse Lee Peterson Show radio talk show on the Information Radio Network until December 30, 2005. The show is now a privately run National show airing live in several markets including Houston, TX, New Orleans, LA, Memphis, TN, and Tampa, FL. The show airs Mon-Fri., 9-12 Noon EST / 6-9 a.m. PST. The live broadcast and recorded broadcasts are also available online.

We counted over 150 people in attendance of all races

He was passionate about his beliefs... He was one of us!

Applauding a well thought out philosophy

He took several questions and answers... Difficult questions and straight f

Questions came from all over the audience

Standing ovation!

A few reminders and announcements for next meeting

Did you know? - Berlin originally wrote the song in 1918 while serving in the U.S. Army at Camp Upton in Yaphank, New York, but decided that it did not fit in a revue called Yip Yip Yaphank, so he set it aside. The lyrics at that time included the line, "Make her victorious on land and foam, God bless America..." as well as "Stand beside her and guide her, to the right with the light from above."
Music critic Jody Rosen comments that a 1906 Jewish dialect novelty song, "When Mose with His Nose Leads the Band", contains a six-note fragment that is "instantly recognizable as the opening strains of "God Bless America"". He interprets this as an example of Berlin's "habit of interpolating bits of half-remembered songs into his own numbers." Berlin, born Israel Baline, had himself written several Jewish-themed novelty tunes.
In 1938, with the rise of Hitler, Berlin, who was Jewish, and a first-generation European immigrant, felt it was time to revive it as a "peace song", and it was introduced on an Armistice Day broadcast in 1938 sung by Kate Smith, on her radio show. [3] Berlin had made some minor changes; by this time, "to the right" might have been considered a call to the political right, so he substituted "through the night" instead. He also provided an introduction that is now rarely heard but which Smith always used: "While the storm clouds gather far across the sea / Let us swear allegiance to a land that's free / Let us all be grateful for a land so fair, / As we raise our voices in a solemn prayer." ~ Wikipedia

Signing books outside the meeting hall!

Great crowd

Beautiful California evening

Time to home and remember the evenings message!
"The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work , instead of living on public assistance." - Cicero - 55 BC

It's not a puzzle... Just hard work!!
